OUR OWNERS & LEADERS
Sarah is one of the founding members of Alba Salon & Spa and became one of the owners in 2021. She has over 10 years in the industry and her expertise lies in bridal/formal hair, blondes, fine hair and men’s cuts. In 2019, she became 1 of only 364 Kevin Murphy Session Salon Stylists.
Diana is our other amazing leader, she has over 14 years of experience and spent 3 years at Alba before becoming co-owner in 2021. She is full of passion for life and absolutely loves being behind the chair spending time with clients who feel like best friends.

Madison Lindsay

Madison’s journey in the hair industry began in 2013. She is passionate about anything & everything color but specializes in blondes, balayage & lived in color. Madison can’t wait to see you in her chair & talk about all things pop culture!
Sydney Polen
Sr Director
Sydney is a stylist who loves the work she does, but loves making friends with her clients even more. Her chair is a safe space for all to feel welcome. Syd has spent 8 years of her career with us here at Alba, and in that time she has worked diligently to improve her techniques as a stylist. She specializes in balayage and men’s cuts, but loves doing every service she offers.
If she is not at the salon, she is probably drinking matcha and taking care of her two daughters.
Lexi Melton
Director
Lexi fell in love with seeing her clients’ reactions when their hair visions turn into their hair reality. From the consult to the finishing style, Lexi’s goal is to always leave her clients feeling more informed on how to care for and maintain their hair in between salon visits. Her passion for lived-in blonding, scalp and hair health, and haircuts has reached new heights throughout her career at Alba. When she’s not behind the chair, her favorite pastimes are spending time with her family, hiking and camping, playing puzzle games, or watching terrible reality TV shows.

Emma Howell
Director
Scissors in hand and coffee in the other, Emma is your go-to for good vibes and great hair. From lived-in color, blondes, and bold chops, Emma loves creating looks that turn heads and feel totally you. Fun, fresh, and a little obsessed with hair. Emma graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2023 and she can’t wait to bring your next style idea to life.

Ashely is a passionate hairstylist who loves helping clients look and feel their best. Whether it’s a fresh cut, custom color, or a total transformation with extensions, Ashley is all about creating styles that fits your lifestyle. Friendly, creative, and always up on the latest trends Ashley graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2023 and is looking forward to her journey ahead.
Joee Lawwill
Designer
Joee is a new stylist with a fresh eye and true passion for creativity. she graduated from Aveda in 2025. Specializing in lived-in color, vivid color transformations, and blonding. Joee is all about making sure you leave the salon feeling the most confident version of yourself. Starting at the consultation and finishing with the final look, she cant wait to have you in her chair. when she is not behind the chair she loves to spend time with family and watch the latest TV shows or movies.
