What are your Covid19 procedures
AHere are just some of alba’s COVID-19 Best Practices Protocol: Guests are asked to please stay in their car prior to their service time. Please call us (513-631-2522) to let us know that you have arrived. A receptionist will let you know when it is ok to enter the building. We ask that you leave all personal items in your car beside a method of payment, phone, keys and something to drink. Staff and guests’ temperatures will be taken upon arrival with a touchless infrared thermometer.
Immediately following a temperature check, staff and guests are asked to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. We have placed touchless soap dispensers in all of our restrooms. Face masks will be required at all times for both staff and guests. We encourage you to bring your own mask that loops around the ears. We have disposable masks available for $1. No one will be able to accompany you to your appointment. A parent or guardian of someone receiving a service will be the only exception.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
AWe understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. We kindly ask that any changes, rescheduling and cancellations be made with at least 24 hours of notice. With respect for our guests and stylists we have adopted a tiered Cancellation Policy.
Tier 1: For a first time cancellation will be extend a pass as we understand that sometimes situations occur beyond control.
Tier 2: In the case of a second cancellation, guests will be charged a fee of 50% of their scheduled service. Alternatively, you may pass your appointment on to a friend with no charge. Just call us to let us know to expect them instead of you.
Tier 3: In the event of a third cancellation, we reserve the right to require payment for the appointment at the time of booking.
Non-cancellations and “No-Shows” will be charged a No Show fee of 100% of the original service booked. We also reserve the right to ask the guest to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

Out of respect for our clientele, services for guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at Alba’s discretion
